About me

Dr. Raluca Ionescu

Injustice has always outraged me. That’s why I initially chose to study law, convinced that I would find justice there.

Then came my first day in court. Stacks of files. Tired faces. High fees. And a sobering realization: Those who go to court have usually already lost. Time gone. Money gone. Nerves gone. Often the relationship, too.

That realization never left me, and it became the turning point of my career.
I no longer wanted to defend after the damage was done.
I wanted to shape outcomes from the very beginning.

At 26, I was sitting across from entrepreneurs and managers twice my age, both in courtrooms and at negotiation tables, and winning multi-million-euro cases. Sometimes for them. Sometimes against them.

At 27, I was already leading the legal department of an international bank.

No one asked about my age back then.
